With years of relentless dedication to the customer experience, my journey has been marked by delivering enterprise level strategic initiatives in the for IT Managed Service and Professional Service organizations by driving business transformations, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Career highlights include leading a team Enterprise Delivery Managers and doubling NPS score and customer engagement scores within 6 months of program launch. Entrepreneurship also defines my professional journey, having established both The Jesse Heikkila Foundation, a non profit for childhood cancer and The Sunflower Studio where I lead with a customer-centric philosophy. Here, I've successfully implemented AI-driven operations and crafted a seamless online customer experience, showcasing my dedication to innovation and operational excellence in e-commerce.
